Aufgaben:

Supporting electronic data capture, maintenance and verification in our contract and IP Management software
Reviewing legal correspondence and extracting relevant data
Supporting our team with administrative tasks

Qualifikationen:

Currently pursuing a full-time degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Law or a related field
Native proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written)
Very good English and German skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Commitment to high-quality work
Very good MS Office skills
Independent and structured way of working
Knowledge in Intellectual Property Management is desirable
