Legal Counsel (m­­/­­f­­/­­d)

Assisting sales teams in preparing, structuring and negotiating framework agreements with potential clients Assisting with review and negotiation of vendor and other relevant contracts Assisting in maintaining, reviewing and updating commercial contract templates including cross jurisdictional contracts Advising management teams on corporate law matters Preparing and negotiating confidentiality agreements for potential engagements with clients, vendors and consultants. Sharing responsibility for organizing and maintaining official corporate records Assisting in drafting other corporate agreements such as consulting agreements, inter-company agreements and fee sharing agreements. Assisting in the development, maintenance and effectuation of global compliance policies and other regulators, conflicts of interests, sanctions law and other laws and regulations applicable to the business. Coordinating with and supervising administrative personnel regarding the implementation and execution of global compliance policies. Assisting with performance of periodic compliance reviews. Liaising with outside counsel and staff on any compliance-related questions and issues as they arise.
